What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
No charge on orders over $99!
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently accept PayPal and major credit cards.
How long will delivery take?
Unfortunately, due to supply issues, shipping times vary wildly, and we cannot currently estimate shipping times. Most products should arrive within a week, but allow up to 30 days to be safe.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your payment info is handled offsite through Stripe, and is not stored on our servers in order to make certain that your data is safe.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You’ll receive an email soon after ordering with information about your order. Processing will occur soon after, and then your order will be on its way!
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you’ll receive an invoice soon after ordering.
